I have to say that they are the best estate agents I have worked with, you can really tell its owned by professional yet down to earth operators that are completely customer focused which translates through all the employees.

When selling my property they were quick to get it live across a broad range of platforms, realistically listed with integrity so to get genuine interest. Interest was instant with viewings booked conveniently with the added flexibility of assisted viewings. Feedback was generally gained with 48 hours and there was usually another viewing booked at the same time. The house was actually sold to someone out of the UK during Covid-19 and this was achieved by excellent communication from all the team at Edge Goodrich.

My purchase was pretty fast, I viewed and secured the property within days of my house selling, this was again down to Matt and his team communicating with the vendors to assist in the negotiations. The team were also on hand throughout the process, giving me access to the new property to measure etc.  and ensure it was as smooth a transition as possible.
