Houses are no longer selling themselves just by putting a FOR SALE board up and including the property within a newspaper advertisement with a long list of other properties. Properties need matching carefully to people and this is what we do.

We want to offer something different and challenge standard perceptions of what an estate agents is. You should not be left with the feeling that you could have done better yourself! It is like visiting a restaurant – you want to feel as if you have had a special experience – something you would not have had at home. The experience must be value for money because we have delivered effectively for you and done exactly what we said we would do, when you asked us to work with you.

We are independent, which means that if a new idea or approach is available, we can use it to help to sell your property. We are not constrained by a corporate response to any queries – we provide you with the action that delivers for you and this may be different to the next customer.

We do not have a set marketing package – we have a list of ways to market and sell your home and together we decide how to use these to achieve the best sale. We use professional photographers, floorplans, audio visual tours and new and innovative ways to match buyers and sellers such as twitter and facebook. A combination of methods is usually what achieves the best results and you will very much be a part of deciding how to combine these.
