Access to carry out this maintenance and to maintain boundary fences will be required. Clean water from the separation tank is discharged into the pool. The pool also receives surface water from the yard and house. 

C. The house is served by a modern klargester type water treatment plant which discharges into the pool.

For these reasons the pool cannot be filled in.

D. Future owners and residents of Pool House will not be able to make complaints about noise caused by the business activities carried on at the neighbouring yard. A 3.9m high Acoustic barrier has been installed to reduce any noise.
